I hated her for not accepting what her son wanted to do or be some of her speeches really made me angry. OH MY GOSH, the hate she irradiated from her body was tangible. Also, I don’t think they were a great couple, I think the chemistry lacked a lot and it disappointed me.Īnother character that I hated was Governor Arnault. It’s not forcing someone to do what you have always done in your life that will make him feel better. And every time he tried to change something in Dean or tried to convince him to come out to his parents or the world, I would have liked to shush him and leave Dean alone. I couldn’t stand him, he was always too much. Dre wasn’t my favourite character, at all. And when she gave McMann the finger, poetry. I didn’t like that she would have voted for McMann if she was the right age, but still I adored her. I laughed so much for all the things she said or did. I know, we see her only a few times, but when she was around, I knew fun was coming our way. The other character that I liked was Mindy. He really did grow very much and I’m so proud of every single thing he did. I really liked to see his character develop page after page and get more aware of who he is and what he wants in his life. Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy some things, but in general this book wasn’t entirely fun. Unfortunately, for some reasons this book didn’t meet my taste and sometimes things were a little absurd or not good.

The only problem is that Dre Rosario’s on the opposition he’s the son of the Democratic nominee. But still that doesn’t mean Dean wants to be part of the public spectacle that is the race for the White House-at least not until he meets Dre.
